A well-established AV-rated law firm located in North Dallas is in search of a reliable, self-driven, and meticulously organized Legal Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to attorneys in litigation processes.
- Maintain accurate records and manage case files.
- Prepare legal documents and correspondence with precision.
- Facilitate communication between clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of ten (10) years of recent experience in a litigation-focused law firm.
- Familiarity with collection, lien, and bond processes is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Advanced understanding of litigation procedures and rules.
- Exceptional secretarial skills, including grammar and proofreading.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Experience with electronic court filings at both state and federal levels.
- Strong professional communication skills and a proactive approach to clarifying uncertainties.
