Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and review all necessary loan information to prepare accurate and complete loan documents.
- Coordinate loan analysis meetings and work with internal and external sources to ensure timely and efficient loan processing.
- Prepare real estate loan documents, including loan agreements, financing statements, and notes, in accordance with bank and department policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Legal Department or outside counsel to coordinate document preparation and ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
- Communicate with title officers to ensure all title issues are satisfied and the loan is properly recorded and funded.
- Facilitate loan closing, ensuring all loan documents are properly executed and comprehensive recording instructions are prepared and delivered.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate documentation.
- 3-5 years of experience in a commercial bank or other financial institution.
- Basic computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Compensation:
Starting base salary: $31.39 - $50.14 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. This job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
