Loan Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Loan Specialist to play a critical role in the processing and underwriting of various loan products, with a primary focus on Bridge Loans, Value Add Loans, and Permanent Portfolio Loans.

You will work closely with smaller real estate investors and need to demonstrate a strong understanding of entity structures, including LLC borrowers, KYC processes, and liquidity analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Underwrite and process loan applications
  • Analyze complex financial data and tax returns
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in underwriting and processing
  • Knowledge of overall lending processes, including underwriting, funding, and loan processing
  • Experience processing/underwriting Bridge Loans, Value Add Loans, and Permanent Portfolio loans
