Customer Service Representative

At Domino's Pizza LLC, we're looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our stores or over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and Engage Customers: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for our customers, showcasing your personality, professionalism, and performance.
  • Take Orders with Ease: Work efficiently with our technology and Point of Sales System to take customer orders in-person or over the phone.
  • Create a Positive In-Store Experience: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a great experience for our customers.
  • Ensure Order Accuracy: Double-check orders to ensure they're accurate and meet our high standards.
Necessary Skills:
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with team members and customers.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Understand and adhere to safe food handling, food storage, and sanitation practices.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and varying shifts.
  • Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service to meet our high standards.
  • Teamwork: Ability to take direction from management and work collaboratively with the team.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to be considered for this role.
