About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Spectrio. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large volumes of customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and complete information to customers, using the right methods and tools
  • Meet sales targets and call handling quotas, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits
  • Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in English, advertising, marketing, or communications preferred
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with strong typing speed and accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and thought leadership
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
