Position Overview:
As a Therapeutic Services Supervisor, you will oversee all clinical services provided to our clients while also focusing on the education, training, and supervision of our field nurses.
Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a home healthcare environment, specifically in leading or directing nursing visit care.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple critical tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation and review processes to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews, provide education, training, and manage performance for clinical team members.
- Oversee client triage processes, including admissions, recertifications, and discharges.
- Collaborate with clients, the Clinical Director, and other care team members to develop high-quality individualized Plans of Care.
- Review documentation submissions for accuracy to enhance quality and ensure uninterrupted service authorization.
- Perform home and/or hospital visits as required.
