We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at RBC Bearings. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and leading a team of hourly employees.
Key Responsibilities- Production Oversight: Directly supervise hourly employees, plan and assign work, and schedule hours to meet production and quality requirements.
