Job OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in project management within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Provide support in managing project tasks and deliverables.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and maintain project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence. Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Coordination: Facilitate communication between project team members, clients, and stakeholders. Help coordinate meetings, project updates, and site visits.
- Scheduling: Assist in the creation and management of project schedules. Track project progress and report on any delays or issues.
- Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts by monitoring construction activities and ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Budget Tracking: Aid in tracking project expenses and ensuring that costs remain within the approved budget. Assist with financial reporting and cost analysis.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential project issues or challenges. Provide support in developing and implementing solutions.
- Compliance: Ensure that all project activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience: No prior experience required; internships or relevant coursework in construction or project management are a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with team members, clients, and stakeholders.

- Problem-Solving: Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
