About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airport Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Frontier Airlines. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our airport customer service organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advanced administrative support to the Airport Customer Service Organization, including word processing, spreadsheet preparation, and presentation creation.
  • Screen, interpret, and respond to incoming calls, emails, and other department correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and coordinate department travel requirements, conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Resolve customer concerns and provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Manage the department's administrative budget and submit payroll for Airport Customer Service staff.
  • Track division leadership training records and assist human resources in coordinating leadership development training.
  • Serve as an authorized signatory for Denver International Airport badging.
  • Manage the uniform program for Customer Service, Inflight, Aircraft Appearance, and Maintenance departments.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 0-2 years of administrative experience or other relevant experience required.
  • Experience in managing projects, tasks, and deadlines preferred.
  • Prior airline experience preferred.
  • Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
