Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Liberty POST. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through our Early Intervention (EI), Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE), and Committee on Special Education (CSE) programs.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide ABA therapy to children diagnosed with ASD in various settings, including home-based, school-based, and center-based environments.
  • Attend team meetings and training sessions to ensure you are up-to-date on best practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) supervisor to implement and refine treatment plans.
  • Arrive on time and be well-prepared for each therapy session, taking notes and collecting data as needed.
  • Provide Executive Functioning training for families with home-based cases.
  • Communicate effectively with families and the administrative team, responding promptly to their needs.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in ABA therapy.
  • Passion, skill, and dedication to working with families and children with various diagnoses.
  • A valid driver's license and proof of car insurance.
  • High School Diploma.
  • RBT certification preferred, but not required (training will be provided).
