Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

At AccessCNY INC, we are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to provide 1:1 behavioral intervention services to children with special needs and support their families. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work under the supervision of a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst to implement individualized Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) based programs, collect data, and complete documentation of services.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide services for participants
  2. Assist in implementing behavioral programming in a 1:1 setting
  3. Participate with other healthcare and/or school personnel in participant care planning
  4. Complete required documentation
  5. Work collaboratively with participants, families, program staff, co-workers, and supervisor
  6. Follow Agency standards and procedures

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED required
  • Experience working with children with a disability preferred
  • RBT certification required
