Labor and Employment Litigation Counsel

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled associate to become part of our Labor & Employment and Litigation Groups in our San Francisco office.
Candidate Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess 3 to 4 years of experience in employment litigation, particularly with a focus on California employment law. A comprehensive understanding of various labor and employment law topics, including state and federal anti-discrimination regulations, labor statutes, leave entitlements, executive employment contracts, pay equity issues, OFCCP compliance, and non-competition and trade secret laws, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in drafting briefs, managing written discovery, conducting depositions, performing investigations, reviewing policy manuals, and facilitating employer training programs will be considered advantageous.
All applicants should demonstrate exceptional academic credentials, along with strong organizational, writing, and analytical abilities. Candidates must be an active member in good standing of the California Bar.

We are dedicated to equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws. The salary range for this role is between $240,000 and $275,000, with potential additional compensation in the form of a discretionary bonus. Salary may vary based on market data, individual skills and experience, relevant degrees and certifications, and other factors.
