As a specialized law firm focusing on employment-related legal matters, we represent both small enterprises and large corporations in various capacities. Our team consists of highly qualified attorneys dedicated to defending the rights of both employees and employers.
In this position, you will be tasked with representing clients in numerous employment law cases, such as wage disputes, discrimination allegations, wrongful dismissal claims, and more. You will oversee all phases of the litigation process, which includes conducting legal research, drafting necessary documents, and participating in hearings and trials. Our firm promotes a culture of collaboration, allowing you to work closely with fellow attorneys and support personnel to provide thorough legal assistance and strategic advice to our clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in employment law practice.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law institution.
- Active membership in the State Bar.
- In-depth understanding of federal and state employment regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven capacity to manage a caseload and effectively prioritize responsibilities.
- Experience in both defense and plaintiff employment law cases is advantageous.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
