Job Summary

UF Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurodiagnostics Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our neurodiagnostic labs and personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safe delivery of neurodiagnostic services in a customer-friendly and cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supply inventory, work schedules, statistical reports, quality assurance, and competence assessment
  • Create annual operating and capital budgets and ensure those budgets are met
  • Oversee and direct employee activities, including interviewing, scheduling, hiring, coaching, counseling, and evaluating
  • Assess educational needs of EEG and EMG Techs and coordinate ongoing educational activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or health-related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience
  • Supervisory responsibility of 10-12 employees
  • Budgetary responsibility of $25 million
Preferred Qualifications
  • Board Registered in Polysomnography
  • Registered or Certified Neurophysiologic Technologist
  • Inpatient and outpatient EEG, EMG, and Polysom experience; neurological intra-operative monitoring experience
