Job Summary:

The Director of Quality Improvement and Compliance will be responsible for coordinating quality improvement and compliance activities across clinical and support services. This includes interpreting and implementing State, Federal, and Managed Care regulatory guidelines, as well as providing guidance on compliance with these regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate quality improvement and compliance activities across clinical and support services
  • Interpret and implement State, Federal, and Managed Care regulatory guidelines
  • Provide guidance on compliance with regulatory guidelines
  • Serve as the Service Excellence Facilitator, Patient Advocate, and Compliance Officer for the facility
Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in data collection and analysis. They will also have excellent organizational skills, the ability to maintain reports, policies, and procedures, and excellent communication skills to interact with and coordinate all levels of staff.
