Power Platform Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert guidance and engage in the architecture and hands-on creation of applications utilizing the Power Platform.
- Oversee all facets of the design and development of a new application, ensuring it is adaptable and scalable.
- Generate system documentation and enterprise-level Standard Operating Procedures.
- Build applications from inception using skills in object-oriented programming, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, SQL databases, and Power BI.
- Design, develop, and configure scalable web applications tailored to business needs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to convert user stories and requirements into functional code.
- Identify key dependencies and gaps, address technical challenges, and implement enhancements.
- Assist in the deployment process, including post-deployment log reviews for error identification.
- Collaborate with team members to support estimation and finalization of requirements.
- Establish and develop methods for effective system monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Train staff on troubleshooting techniques and solution development.
- Adhere to best practices for version control, CI/CD, and overall system development management.
Qualifications:
- Extensive hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), the complete Microsoft Solutions stack, and application security.
- Over 5 years of experience in IT systems development, primarily focusing on the Microsoft solution stack and Cloud technologies.
- More than 5 years of experience with a deep understanding of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data Verse capabilities.
- At least 2 years of experience in developing both Model-driven and Canvas Apps.
- Familiarity with PowerFx in PowerApps.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with SharePoint Online features for collaboration and business process automation.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong applied knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform services, including a comprehensive understanding of its capabilities, limitations, and constraints.
- Three to seven years of experience in creating solutions for the Power Platform.
- Experience with Data Visualization and Business Intelligence tools within Power BI.
- Basic understanding of authentication, security, and application lifecycle management (ALM) practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated technical leadership and meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
- Microsoft Certified Power Apps and Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert.
Additional Information:
- This position requires onsite collaboration 2-3 days per week.
- Candidates must be U.S. citizens to obtain the necessary security clearance.
- The interview process consists of two rounds: an initial prescreening followed by a second round with a broader audience, preferably conducted in person.
