Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree accompanied by a minimum of five years in a leadership role focused on community impact. A Master's degree in nonprofit management or a related field is advantageous.
- Proven experience in crafting and executing strategic plans that foster positive community outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities, capable of engaging a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Background in program evaluation, data analysis, and reporting.
- A strong dedication to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in both professional and community settings.
