Role Overview:

As an AI Engineer Intern, you'll work on developing AI Agents that process and interpret complex datasets, including building information models (BIM), construction schedules, and other critical data. You'll be part of a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop AI Agents: Collaborate with our team to build and refine AI Agents that automate complex tasks within the built world ecosystem.
  • Data Integration: Work with large and complex datasets to create intelligent systems that improve decision-making processes.
  • Coding and Development: Write and optimize Python code, utilizing AI and machine learning frameworks to implement robust AI solutions.
  • Model Training and Evaluation: Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models that will be integrated into our AI Agents.
  • Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside experienced engineers and researchers in a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, problem-solving, and continuous learning.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field at Harvard or MIT.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles.
  • Passion for sustainability and a desire to apply AI to solve real-world problems in the built environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
