**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospital Liaison to join our team at Frontier Management (OR). As a Hospital Liaison, you will play a critical role in marketing and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents from acute to post-acute care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Generate and manage referrals from hospitals to ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital discharge planning personnel to facilitate a seamless transition process.
  • Develop and carry out marketing and sales activities to promote our skilled nursing services.
  • Utilize your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure our residents are comfortable and safe.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a marketing or similar role.
  • Strong sales experience and interpersonal skills.
  • Two years of related experience in skilled nursing and previous experience developing and maintaining client relationships is preferred.
