Overview
">We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Operations Assistant to provide administrative support and assist with daily operations of the People Team (Human Resources). This entry-level position is perfect for someone eager to learn more about HR processes.
The ideal candidate is proficient in G-Suite, has excellent verbal and written communication skills, and can multitask and meet deadlines. As a people operations assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our People team in activities such as maintaining employee records, coordinating recruitment, and more.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by coordinating events, optimizing systems and procedures, and developing standardized email templates for various HR communications.
Responsibilities
">- Assist with daily HR operations and provide clerical support to the People Operations team, including document scanning and managing email correspondence.
- Compile and update employee records in digital and physical formats.
- Process documents and prepare reports related to staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and evaluations.
- Coordinate HR projects, organize meetings and training sessions, and take minutes.
- Address employee inquiries about HR policies and assist with payroll preparation.
- Support areas such as compliance, performance management, and employee relations.
Requirements
">- Preferred 1 year of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Proficient in G-Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Compensation
">The yearly salary rate for this position is estimated to be between $50,000-$60,000.
