This is a dynamic role that will focus on strategy, particularly around evaluating capital investments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and a proven track record of creating case studies and recommendations based on financial models.
The successful candidate will have:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field, with an MBA and/or certifications being a plus.
- At least 7 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
- Strong experience analyzing capital investments and creating financial models.
- Excellent Excel skills, with Power BI skills being a plus.
- Strong presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Experience working in manufacturing, CPG, commodities, or investment banking/consultancy.
The company offers a strong compensation package, including a competitive base salary, bonus plan, and excellent benefits, PTO, and perks. The role reports to a Director who is a strong mentor, and the company has a hybrid work model in place.
