Senior Director of Finance

Job Summary:

The Senior Director of Finance will oversee Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Multi-Year Modeling. This role requires a strong leader who can drive positive business results and make strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and updates financial reporting.
  • Partners with business leaders and Executive & Sales leadership to drive positive business results.
  • Conducts analyses around P&L results, business metrics, and performance.
  • Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related areas.
  • Owns multi-year projections and modeling for specific lines of business.
  • Provides assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets, reviews expenses against budgets, and issues monthly variance statements.
  • Assists in the development of business policies and performance measures.
  • Owns M&A modeling, analysis, support, and pipeline activity.
  • Conducts special financial and business-related studies as required.
  • Actively participates in meetings, providing input to contribute to the overall success in achieving departmental goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of ten (10) years job-related experience with five (5) years in a management position.
  • Must have advanced Excel skills.
  • Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures, and practices.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Communicate with all levels of internal personnel, both verbally and in writing.
  • Read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex financial and business documents.
  • Work under absolute deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships.
  • Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
