Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Member Team Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates in providing exceptional member service, ensuring a positive shopping experience, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of associates in providing member service, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve member satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives and promote a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, member feedback, and operational metrics to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
Requirements
  • 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and customer service experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Leading a front-end team and supervising experience, including hiring, evaluating, mentoring, developing, and managing the workload of others.
