About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operational Management Specialist to join our team at Madison-Davis, LLC. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a leadership role and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Outsourced Activities: Lead day-to-day operations of outsourced activities, ensuring compliance with documented procedures.
  • Trade Lifecycle Flow: Identify and remediate front-end issues, guaranteeing seamless trade lifecycle flow.
  • Implementation and Execution: Develop and execute Written Supervisory Procedures (WSPs) for outsourced activities, maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders and service providers to address concerns and incidents.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to re-engineer processes and controls, focusing on simplification, cost savings, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Service Level Agreements: Develop, implement, and monitor Service Level Agreements to ensure high-quality services.
  • Governance Meetings: Attend regular governance meetings with service providers, ensuring issues are addressed, procedural changes are implemented, and audit results are reviewed.
  • Control Environment: Maintain an effective control environment through policy updates, SOX/RACA identification, control creation, adequacy reviews, and testing.
  • Agent Invoices: Review and validate agent invoices prior to approval and payment.
  • Reporting and Relationship Management: Provide regular reporting to management on outsourced activities, highlighting risks, issues, and remediation actions, while maintaining relationships with 3rd-party agent banks.
  • Cash Management: Review and approve cash wires and journals, process month-end ledger cash adjustments, and reconcile packages.
