Salary

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $65,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various financial operations, including record-keeping, invoicing, payroll processing, financial reporting, and bank account reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record and process accounts payable and ensure timely payments.
  • Issue invoices to customers and manage collections.
  • Process employee payrolls and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze and create comprehensive financial statements and reports.
  • Monitor cash flow and maintain a coherent system of accounts with a supporting filing system.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar position.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
