About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to utilize your financial management and analysis skills to assist with aligning resources to requirements. You will work closely with key clients to review budgets, spend plans, and financial reports using tools like Microsoft Excel and through regular interactions with financial analysts.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain the financial management of a program supporting information technology investments.
  • Collaborate with key clients to review budgets, spend plans, and financial reports.
  • Develop and track metrics, reports, documents, and executive-level briefings in support of senior leadership.
  • Analyze complex data in support of business, budget, and financial data calls.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process.
  • Experience with business and financial analysis, including developing spend plans and tracking budget execution against defined obligation and expenditure benchmarks.
  • Experience developing metrics, reports, documents, and executive-level briefings in support of senior leadership.
  • Knowledge of DoD Financial Management principles and translating strategic guidance into resource allocation decisions.
  • Ability to analyze complex data in support of business, budget, and financial data calls.
  • Top Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial management in a DoD Program Management Office.
  • Experience with the acquisition life cycle for information technology systems, including aligning business decisions to strategic and operational priorities.
  • Knowledge of the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Ability to build trust and value-based relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • DoD Financial Management Certification.
