As a Senior Accountant, you'll be responsible for assisting the District Controller in all financial aspects of the West division, managing sales invoices and accounts receivable collection, and tracking region-wide spending through the Purchase Order process. You'll also prepare month-end sales and expense accruals, review weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracy, and reconcile A/R payments from vendors for proper cash application.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist District Controller in all financial aspects of the West division
  • Manage sales invoices and accounts receivable collection
  • Track region-wide spending through the Purchase Order process
  • Prepare month-end sales and expense accruals
  • Review weekly cost analysis reports and payroll for accuracy
  • Reconcile A/R payments from vendors for proper cash application

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a minimum of 4 years equivalent experience, with in-depth knowledge of Profit & Loss, budgeting, and financial analysis. You'll also need effective oral and written communication skills, advanced working experience in Microsoft and Google, and the ability to compose effective and efficient reports and correspondence.

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000 per annum, along with a range of benefits, including hybrid work arrangements, weekly paychecks, paid time off, parental leave, and holidays.
