As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing credit card accounts, reconciling transactions, handling payroll processing, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage credit card accounts and reconcile associated transactions.
  • Handle payroll processing for both salary and hourly employees.
  • Oversee accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for review by senior management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of proven bookkeeping experience with a construction company.
