We offer a competitive compensation package with achievable bonuses, minimizing the need for after-hours paperwork. Our collaborative approach integrates both medical doctors and physical therapists, allowing for seamless communication regarding patient care. You can expect to manage a more reasonable caseload of 10-15 patients daily, focusing on early intervention and recovery.

Compensation: Salaries range from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience, plus an annual KPI bonus opportunity of $10,000.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy requirements, developing tailored treatment plans with physician collaboration.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all necessary documentation, including:
    • Initial evaluations
    • Daily treatment notes
    • Staffing reports
    • Discharge summaries
    • Reassessments
    • Patient education documentation
    • Billing-related paperwork
    • Insurance justification letters
  • Provide educational resources to patients, documenting all interactions and responses.
  • Oversee the work of Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.
  • Engage in treatment plan discussions, patient assessments, and collaborative meetings with physicians.
  • Comply with company policies and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Assist the Medical Director with Utilization Review and Quality Assurance tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid physical therapy license in good standing or eligibility to practice in the State of Arizona.
  • Current CPR certification.
