Job Overview

Position Summary: Resiliency LLC is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to oversee a variety of public infrastructure initiatives, including but not limited to sewer systems, water distribution, stormwater management, pump stations, and water storage facilities. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in public infrastructure management, holding a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM), along with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a contractor role.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multiple public infrastructure projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Supervise all phases of project development, including planning, design, construction, and finalization for:
    • Sewer system projects
    • Water distribution projects
    • Stormwater management projects
    • Pump station projects
    • Water storage facility projects
  • Coordinate efforts with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and oversee project timelines, financial plans, and resource management strategies.
  • Ensure adherence to applicable regulations, permits, and industry best practices.
  • Engage with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to guarantee project outcomes align with expectations.
  • Evaluate project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and execute corrective measures as necessary.
  • Promote a culture focused on safety, quality, and ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) or Construction Management (BSCM).
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a contractor role, specifically managing public infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sewer systems, water distribution, stormwater management, pump stations, and water storage facilities.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment, effectively prioritizing various projects and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with public infrastructure project management software and tools.
  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, CCM).
  • Knowledge of local and state regulations, permitting processes, and industry standards.
