At Brown & Root, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Superintendent II to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with company procedures and project management guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple craft subcontractors engaged in field construction activities
  • Provide constructability advice to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively
  • Ensure compliance with company work and execution processes
  • Supervise all construction-related activities in the field
  • Manage and coordinate multiple subcontractors at multiple job sites
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of similar experience
  • OSHA 10 training required, OSHA 30 preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and understand construction/engineering/architect plans specifications
  • Strong experience in QA/QC methods, inspection, and enforcement
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to multitask and handle multiple issues daily
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with clients and subcontractors
