ICC Inspector

ARCXIS is seeking a skilled ICC Inspector to join our team in verifying the quality of new home construction from foundations to HERS compliance. As a Field Inspector, you will be responsible for performing inspections at residential development sites, ensuring that builders meet energy efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field inspections and HERS compliance testing for new construction builders.
• Travel daily to multiple job sites, interacting with job superintendents, sub-contractors, and city inspectors.
• Complete daily inspection reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or AA Degree
• Two years of construction experience and/or one year of field experience with a related degree.
• ICC Residential Certifications preferred or obtained within one year of hire.
• HERS-Rater or RFI Certification REQUIRED
• ENERGY STAR for Homes preferred.
• OSHA 10-Hour Training Course Certification preferred.
