Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in customer service, sales, service operations, or UHNW background
  • Experience in the financial services industry, specifically brokerage or investments
  • Ability to maintain successful working relationships and promote digital capabilities
  • High sense of urgency and understanding of how to set proper expectations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to project manage transactions
  • Ability to provide exceptional service and transaction management in escalated situations
