Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team at FS Builder Resources. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, requests for prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.
  • Initiate telephone calls to customers to confirm and specify details on sales orders.
  • Code and input customer orders, pricing information, and additional data into the computer system.
  • Create sales tickets for builders.
  • Research credits, returns, and late payments as needed.
  • Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by location management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED/College required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office, excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and drive to succeed.
