Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Specialist at Banterra Corp.

The Recruitment Specialist role at Banterra Corp. is crucial to our success. We are seeking a talented individual to support our recruitment and hiring efforts by engaging with top talent, building strong relationships with academic institutions, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify and engage with top talent through various channels
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions to attract quality candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and market needs
  • Develop and execute recruiting campaigns to attract top talent
  • Manage internal and external job postings to maximize visibility
  • Conduct pre-screening and interviews of candidates
  • Collect and analyze data to provide insights into the hiring process
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in recruitment
  • Assume responsibility for special projects as assigned
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated understanding of ethical recruitment practices
  • Strong critical-thinking skills and adaptability
  • Confident decision-making abilities and leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
Additional Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with financial services industry preferred
