About the Role

The Home Health Area Market Executive is a key position within FC Compassus LLC, responsible for driving growth and development in the home health services market. This role requires a strong leader who can model the company's values and promote the Compassus philosophy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Identify markets of opportunity and develop strategies to secure market penetration for Ascension at Home, in partnership with Compassus.
  • Growth Team Management: Partner with home health program leaders to develop Books of Business and growth strategies for the home health programs in the area of responsibility.
  • Recruitment and Training: Participate in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new growth staff to ensure peak performance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Closely monitor growth metrics, including contacts, closing, conversions, and payor mix, and communicate progress toward goals.
  • Resource and Support: Serve as a growth resource to all team members, both growth and clinical, in support of the Growth goal.
  • Business Development: Assist program leadership in planning and presenting educational, informational, and marketing programs to area professional groups.
  • Community Advocacy: Work closely with Compassus Medical Directors to ensure advocacy for access in the community.
  • Business Intelligence: Proactively monitor and report on issues affecting the business, including competitive pressures, talent, recruiting, market/industry movements, and other challenges that impact business unit performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; Masters of Business Administration or related degree desirable.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing growth teams required; at least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communications; ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
