Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Health Area Market Executive to join our team at FC Compassus LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in our home health market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to increase market penetration and growth in the home health sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, payors, and community leaders.
  • Develop and manage a "Book of Business" for each Home Health Care Consultant, ensuring peak performance and growth.
  • Define and manage monthly and annual growth objectives for all growth staff, closely monitoring progress and communicating results.
  • Serve as a growth resource to all team members, providing support and guidance to achieve growth goals.
  • Assure execution of key growth fundamentals to increase closing percentages and drive business growth.
  • Assist program leadership in planning and presenting educational, informational, and marketing programs to area professional groups.
  • Work closely with Compassus Medical Directors to ensure advocacy for access in the community.
  • Proactively monitor and report on issues affecting the business, including competitive pressures, talent, recruiting, market/industry movements, and other challenges that impact business unit performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's of Business Administration or related degree desirable.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing growth teams required; at least three (3) years of experience leading growth teams strongly preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of experience selling services within the healthcare field is preferred.
Skills
  • Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Language skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, with ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, team members, investors, and external parties.
Work Environment

The demands of this role necessitate a team member to effectively perform essential functions. Adaptations can be made to accommodate team members with disabilities. Regular standing, walking, and manual dexterity are fundamental, along with the ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds. Visual acuity requirements include close and distance vision, color and peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
