Key Responsibilities
  • Business Results: Maximize daily sales plans, manage expenses, and improve metrics through sales floor leadership, execution of training programs, and continuous coaching.
  • Team Leadership: Plan, delegate, and follow up on tasks and assignments to ensure expectations are met. Provide developmental feedback that empowers and motivates your team.
  • Guest Experience: Lead by example and deliver our guest engagement expectations to all guests. Create/ reinforce a proactive selling culture that focuses on building a confident selling team.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to the guest. Develop visual decision-making skills and effective communication of our brand.
  • Operations: Administer all company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner. Assist with scheduling team members to deliver a high level of service and maximize sales.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in retail or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
