Job Description

As a Store Manager at Goodwill of North Florida, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and assistant managers to achieve store revenue goals and maintain a positive customer experience. Your primary focus will be on managing the processing of donated goods, supervising staff, and ensuring that all store operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train sales associates and assistant managers to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
  • Manage the processing of donated goods, including receiving, sorting, and pricing items for sale.
  • Monitor store revenue and expenses, and make adjustments as needed to meet sales goals.
  • Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed, and that staff is trained on these procedures.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
