Job Overview

PNC is seeking a highly skilled Fraud Program Manager III to lead our fraud prevention efforts. As a key member of our Strategic Services and Enterprise Architecture organization, you will be responsible for overseeing a fraud program management group and implementing a real-time fraud detection and prevention system.

This is a critical role that requires strong program management experience, with a focus on coordinating across multiple stakeholder groups, including fraud operations, product & channel technology teams, strategy & analytics, and cyber security. Experience working with the Actimize fraud platform is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of project managers to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy.
  • Manage the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs, influencing project decisions to achieve overall program goals.
  • Oversight and accountability for the program budget, ensuring the success of the program.
  • Evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the programs, recommending enhancements based on results.
  • Collaborate with service partner leadership to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels.
Requirements
  • University/college degree required; higher level education such as a Master's degree, PhD, or certifications desirable.
  • 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years of prior management experience.
  • Strong program management skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Experience working with the Actimize fraud platform a plus.
