About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Therapist to join our Outpatient team. As a member of Trillium Family Services, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions to children and families
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify treatment needs
  • Collaborate with community resources and agencies to ensure comprehensive support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary range of $58,000 - $62,640, depending on experience, with a 5% bilingual differential
  • A hiring bonus up to $2,000 (terms and limitations apply)

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a social science field with eligibility for professional licensure in the state of Oregon
  • Ability to pass a bilingual proficiency test
  • Previous work experience with children and/or adolescents
  • Experience at the QMHA or QMHP level (including internship and practicum experience) in an outpatient mental health treatment facility, hospital, residential, or day treatment setting

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Psychiatric care experience
  • Differential diagnostic skills
