Job Summary:

Morrison Child and Family Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our outpatient team. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide mental health treatment services for youth, ages 2-18, and their families. This is a full-time, in-person position with the option to provide services via telehealth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide mental health services for youth, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, individual, and family therapy.
  • Provide case management, crisis support, safety planning, coordination of care, referrals to ancillary and/or specialty services, and group therapy as needed.
  • Complete all clinical documentation in accordance with state, federal, and organizational requirements.
  • Abide by the appropriate code of ethics and follow all of Morrison's policies and procedures.

Requirements:
  • Master's level degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with children and adolescents in a mental health, social services, educational, or other related setting.

  • Annual Training Budget: Clinical staff receive an annual budget of $500 for external training, continuing education, licensing/registration fees, or licensure testing fees.
  • Student Loan Forgiveness or Repayment Options: Morrison is a non-profit mental health organization, and working with us may qualify you for student loan forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and other loan repayment programs for mental health professionals.
  • In-house Clinical Supervision: We offer clinical supervision for mental health therapists working toward their LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
