Trillium Family Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Family Therapist to join our outpatient team. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to children and adolescents.
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop treatment goals.
- Provide crisis intervention and support to clients and their families.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
- Eligibility for certification in the State of Oregon as a licensed professional counselor, clinical social worker, psychologist, or marriage and family therapist.
- Previous experience working with children and adolescents.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
