The responsibilities include associating and tagging images to patient profiles, as well as entering comprehensive data such as patient demographics, physician details, medication specifics, and pertinent application information including income, household, and insurance data into the CRM.
Conducting an initial evaluation of applications for any missing information is essential, along with executing outreach to patients to gather necessary data.Additionally, the role requires performing an initial assessment of simplified applications.
Identifying the correct workflow based on established business rules is crucial.
Collaboration across departments is necessary to ensure adherence to processes in line with business regulations and policies.
It is vital to document all patient cases within the CRM according to the defined business protocols.
Furthermore, the position entails managing renewal and year-end recertification processes as dictated by the Patient Assistance Program.
Assisting with special projects aimed at enhancing reimbursement optimization is also part of the role when requested by management.
