Calpine is seeking an Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Fore River Station in Weymouth, Massachusetts. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of our office and administrative activities.

Your primary responsibilities will include assisting the Plant General Manager and Controller in the development and analysis of the annual station budget, monitoring budget performance, and tracking contractor support. You will also be responsible for creating annual blanket contracts, performing invoicing activities using Mainsaver and SAP, and establishing and maintaining the plant's administrative filing and record keeping system.

The ideal candidate will have a post-high school business or secretarial degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of 10 years' administrative experience, with at least 3 years' experience in invoicing, accounting, or related functions. They will possess significant knowledge and experience with personal computers, word processing, data base and spreadsheet software, as well as typing and other clerical skills.

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
