Office Support Role

Pacific Office Automation, a leading provider of document imaging and technology solutions, seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its team in West Valley City, UT.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The successful applicant will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, with expertise in data entry, spreadsheet management, and analysis.

Key responsibilities include providing exceptional internal customer service, maintaining accurate records, and assisting the sales team with administrative tasks. The selected candidate will also be responsible for scheduling equipment deliveries, managing inventory, and auditing invoices.

To succeed in this role, applicants should have at least two years of experience in an administrative or customer service position. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective collaboration with colleagues and external partners.
