About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Sports Direct Malaysia. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including telephony, web chat, and social media.

Your primary objective will be to manage customer contacts, resolve issues, and provide personalized support to our customers. You will work closely with other departments, such as stores, couriers, and the distribution warehouse, to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer care through all available channels, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
  • Log, record, and resolve customer contacts and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Take ownership of customer contacts and complaints, collaborating with various departments to achieve best resolutions and promote best practices.
  • Act on customer feedback to recover potentially lost customers and resolve concerns.
  • Perform other assignments as directed by your immediate superior.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration, Mass Communications, E-commerce, or equivalent.
  • Fresh graduate or previous 1 year experienced in customer service or call centre.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Committed to delivering an exceptional level of customer service.
  • Excellent PC literacy and a working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and not be afraid to challenge the norm and think outside the box.
  • Natural ability to work independently within an established team.
  • Show respect to others in a positive manner and build strong working relationships.
  • Strong team player and role model, capable of gaining trust from your team and peers.
  • Enthusiastic, positive, resourceful, and resilient.
  • Able to work on night shift during weekday, weekend, and public holiday.
  • Able to work full-time in office, based in Malaysia.
