Market Development and Strategy

  • Formulate and execute a strategic business development roadmap aimed at amplifying our FTL services across critical markets.
  • Identify and pursue new business avenues by analyzing market dynamics, client requirements, and competitive scenarios within the FTL domain.
  • Establish and oversee a solid pipeline of prospective clients, concentrating on sectors with significant demand for FTL solutions.

Sales Leadership and Revenue Enhancement

Collaboration and Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to guarantee the seamless provision of FTL services.
  • Partner with the marketing department to devise promotional strategies and materials that effectively convey the advantages of our FTL offerings.
  • Provide insights to the operations team to enhance service offerings and boost customer satisfaction.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales outcomes, client acquisition, and market penetration.
  • Examine sales data to discern trends, forecast future sales, and make informed decisions to propel business growth.
  • Deliver regular updates to senior management regarding business development initiatives, market conditions, and potential challenges.

Qualifications and Experience

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. An advanced degree is advantageous.

Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the FTL logistics sector.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth in the FTL industry.
  • Experience in negotiating and securing large-scale logistics agreements.
  • Skills:
  • Thorough knowledge of FTL logistics, transportation management, and supply chain operations.
