Compensation Package:
We offer an attractive compensation package, including a starting commission rate of 80% with the potential to increase to 130%. Our part-time agents can earn up to $50,000+ in the first year, while our full-time agents can earn up to $100,000+. Agency Owners can generate a system-driven income of $200K - $500K+ per year.
Job Description:
We are seeking ambitious individuals who want to build a career and not just a job. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for selling life insurance policies and providing financial advice to clients. You will work closely with our team to develop leads and build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have a disciplined, self-motivated, and driven personality. You should have a high level of consistency, be humble and coachable, and committed to self-improvement. A LIFE INSURANCE LICENSE IS NEEDED; we will help you get one if you don't have it already.
