About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT infrastructure. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and growth for businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serving as an escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with our Tier I and Tier II engineers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Implementing new systems and network solutions, improving the efficiency of current implementations, and contributing to the development of best practices within the team.
  • Providing hands-on technical support for complex projects, focusing on production and implementation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Supporting VMware and HyperV virtual server technical issues, Windows Server 2012-2019, including Active Directory, domain operations, and other related technologies.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior support engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them grow professionally and personally.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of relevant MSP support experience, with a strong background in Windows Server troubleshooting and deployment, firewall/network layer support, and VMware ESXi host build out and troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with implementation and support of O365 services, PowerShell scripting, and SAML/Single Sign On (Azure, Okta).
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred Qualifications

  • SonicWALL/Fortinet Firewalls and SMAs, Cisco/UBNT switches, Cisco OS, Kaseya, Autotask/Datto, Okta/DUO.
